Cashier/Customer Service Agent
We are looking for an efficient, courteous cashier with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Scan customer selections, ensuring accuracy of prices and quantities.
- Accept payments and issue receipts.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product, promotion, or location assistance.
- Handle complaints, process refunds/exchanges.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
- Follow store procedures.
- Operating scanners, scales, cash registers.
- Balance cash register and generate sales reports.
- Bagging or wrapping purchases.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or cashier experience
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Helpful and courteous approach to complaints
Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour. Paid training with sign-on bonus.
