Job Details
Change Manager position, W2 hourly or 1099 basis. Guide clients through transformations, apply change management models, methodologies, processes, and tools to drive change adoption. Meet client needs for visible programs, projects, and initiatives. Work alongside product, design, and delivery teams to support change from concept to execution. Possess strong understanding of the digital landscape and product delivery. Be empathetic, communicative, collaborative, and have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem. Drive change and project success despite fluctuating requirements. Recommend and implement improvements to projects and processes for clients. Experience 5-10 years in change management or related roles, applying change methodologies, tools, and processes. Extensive experience leading change management initiatives for new technical products/tools. 2+ years management consulting experience, preferably at large consulting firms. Experience collaborating with and influencing technical teams (product owners, developers). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Emergency Operation Centers (EOCs) and/or first responders preferred. Utilities industry experience preferred. ProScI Change Practitioner certification or comparable credentialing. Compensation Target hourly rate $66-$89, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible for performance bonuses and incentives.
