Full-Time Chargé(e) de Clientèle Export

Missions:

• Follow up on compliance verification files.
• Liaison between SGS and assigned client portfolio.
• Inform clients about technical documentation requirements.
• Schedule and organize goods inspections in France and worldwide (America, Asia, Europe, Africa, Oceania).
• Inform clients about the evaluation results of each file.
• Negotiate with SGS affiliates worldwide, service prices considering contract instructions.
• Issue conformity or non-conformity certificates.
• Actively listen to client expectations.
• Ensure service quality.
• Develop the client portfolio through SGS products.
• Offer a turnkey service by developing Crossbusiness.

Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce or International Transport, ideally with first experience in similar roles.
• Excellent relationship and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English to easily interact with international contacts.
• Proactive and rigorous, organized to plan, track and coordinate different operations simultaneously, respecting deadlines.
• Enthusiastic and motivated, thriving in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
