Description Salary Range: $17.85 - $22.57 / hour As a Citizens Teller - YOU make a real difference for our customers and the branch team.
What you'll do
- Greet customers in lobbies.
- Demonstrate mobile app and ATM use.
- Create amazing experiences, offer personalized advice and solutions.
- Connect customers to Bankers for further assistance.
- Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits.
- Meet quarterly referral goals.
- Cash checks, process withdrawals and deposits.
- Follow financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and regulations.

Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services.
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to effectively ask questions, identify needs and develop customer relationships.
- Problem-solving and solution-providing skills.
- Customer-centric service delivery.
- Comfortable with digital technology.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Completion of a video interview assessment.
How to Prepare
