Job Details

Description Salary Range: $17.85 - $22.57 / hour As a Citizens Teller - YOU make a real difference for our customers and the branch team.

What you'll do

  • Greet customers in lobbies.
  • Demonstrate mobile app and ATM use.
  • Create amazing experiences, offer personalized advice and solutions.
  • Connect customers to Bankers for further assistance.
  • Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits.
  • Meet quarterly referral goals.
  • Cash checks, process withdrawals and deposits.
  • Follow financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • High School degree or GED
  • Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services.
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively ask questions, identify needs and develop customer relationships.
  • Problem-solving and solution-providing skills.
  • Customer-centric service delivery.
  • Comfortable with digital technology.
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Completion of a video interview assessment.

How to Prepare

Set aside 30-45 minutes for the self-guided assessment, find a quiet place, be camera-ready.

You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Answer questions, prepare for 1 minute, respond for 3 minutes, and re-record as needed.

  • 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)

  • Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

Work Schedule: Varies with branch needs, may require weekends and evenings
