We're building a second product launching in 2024 to solve various problems for schools and families.

Core Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Client Success, your goal is to ensure schools are fully trained and supported throughout the year, enabling them to achieve their goals using Clarity software.
You'll work with a team of Client Success Managers. Responsibilities include:

  • Training schools during onboarding and implementation
  • Scheduling and leading regular check-in calls to ensure schools are on track
  • Serving as a trusted advisor on financial aid and enrollment management
  • Communicating feature requests and product improvements to the product team
  • Responding to school support inquiries and escalating relevant issues
  • Collecting and documenting client feedback
  • Attending regular team and company meetings
  • Attending and representing Clarity at professional conferences
  • Completing manual tax documentation verification, especially during peak season
  • Performing other duties as needed.

Traits of an Ideal Candidate
Minimum 5 years’ experience in PK-12 school business offices, non-profit billing, or business management.
Growth mindset, eagerness to join a growing team.
Embraces uncertainty, enjoys designing processes.
Enjoys helping people solve problems.
Comfortable with technology and quick learner.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Experienced using spreadsheets to analyze data and drive decisions.
