Job Details

Role Summary: As Technical Success Manager you will own technical onboarding, integrations, tracking accuracy, and platform configuration to ensure clients launch smoothly and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute technical platform setup and configuration for clients, including Everflow and Shopify integrations.
  • Manage client onboarding from post-contract through go-live, ensuring accurate tracking and smooth integrations.
  • Lead technical discovery during sales handoff and translate business needs into system configurations.
  • Project manage technical client requests and troubleshoot tracking, integration, and reporting issues using tools such as Chrome DevTools, Postman, and API tools.
  • Execute business-driven updates (commission changes, feature rollouts, configuration adjustments) and build SOPs and documentation.
  • Serve as primary technical contact for clients and collaborate with product and engineering to surface recurring issues and automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 6-9+ years owning technical onboarding, integrations, and execution for customer-facing SaaS platforms.
  • Proven experience configuring and managing affiliate or partnership tracking platforms, including Everflow.
  • Strong experience with Shopify, pixels, postbacks, custom events, and integrations.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting using Chrome DevTools and API testing tools (Postman) and strong project management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflows, create clear documentation, and operate with urgency in a fast-paced startup environment.
