About the role: Clipboard Health seeks customer-focused B2B Support Specialists to provide proactive voice and email support to workplace customers, resolving shift, payment, and platform issues to prevent churn.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver fast, accurate, empathetic support across voice and email.
- Use Zendesk and the Clipboard Health portal to investigate cases, update fields, and log clear internal notes.
- Troubleshoot issues, follow or adapt workflows, and escalate when necessary.
- Build product expertise to identify recurring issues and improve processes.
- Collaborate with Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications: Open to all experience levels; no specific degree required.

Working hours: 5 days/week, 9-hour days with 1.5 hours break daily; weekend availability required; shifts listed in Pacific Time.
