Job Details
The Senior Partner Support Specialist supports the Wholesale Sales Channel, serving as a resource for wholesale partners and their Account Executives. This role provides guidance on loan scenarios, system functionality, and file flow, while maintaining oversight of partner pipelines. The Specialist supports partner onboarding, delivers training, assists with issue resolution, and performs administrative functions.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct New Partner Welcome Calls.
- Serve as a primary partner support resource, answering scenario questions and addressing file-specific issues.
- Deliver frequent training to partners on topics such as using QuantumReverse and structuring loans.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members.
- Track and maintain knowledge of all loans in the pipeline for assigned partners.
- Provide direct support to assigned Longbridge Account Executive(s).
- Perform administrative tasks in ReverseVision and QuantumReverse.
- Maintain proactive communication with partners.
Skills:
- Strong self-motivation and independent work ability.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
- Comprehensive proficiency with ReverseVision and QuantumReverse.
- Expert-level understanding of reverse mortgage products and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills.
