Overview: Provide technical and customer support to clients via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems. Report to the Client Technical Manager. This is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot product and technical issues and assess severity and scope.
- Support customers via phone, chat, email and ticketing systems.
- Manage client issues in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Document solutions and educate customers to maximize product usage.
- Work any shift, including holidays; support U.S. insurance processes or systems as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer or technical support experience (healthcare IT preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent phone communication.
- Advanced English language skills.
