Job Details

Overview: Provide technical and customer support to clients via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems. Report to the Client Technical Manager. This is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot product and technical issues and assess severity and scope.
  • Support customers via phone, chat, email and ticketing systems.
  • Manage client issues in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Document solutions and educate customers to maximize product usage.
  • Work any shift, including holidays; support U.S. insurance processes or systems as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer or technical support experience (healthcare IT preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent phone communication.
  • Advanced English language skills.
