Full-Time Client Care - Direct Support Representative

• Receive and respond to requests via SalesForce, email, or internal applications.
• Maintain records on customer activity.
• Log and document maintenance performed on client accounts.
• Diagnose and resolve complex problems related to membership, technical support, billing, account maintenance, data issues, file research, product descriptions, intranet access requests, and security/compliance regulations.
• Authenticate clients before updating accounts.
• Communicate with internal groups regarding request status and problem resolution.
• Extract information from databases to prepare management reports and conduct client research.
• Create subcodes and handle basic subcode maintenance.
• Oversee entire support relationships for Premier Clients.
• Update Service Level Agreements and procedures.
• Handle client escalations.
• Stay updated on Experian procedures relating to FCRA and GLB.
• Enforce internal compliance policies.

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Advanced English skills.
