What you’ll do at Jamf:

  • Own the Customer Experience for select strategic Jamf customers.
  • Drive successful deployments of Jamf products and accelerate adoption of the Apple platform.
  • Maintain a productive relationship between Jamf, Apple, and the customer.
  • Serve as an expert in implementation and management of Jamf products and integrated technologies.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to ensure long-term success.

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Demonstrate a relentless passion for customer success.
  • Lead key customer success initiatives.
  • Act as primary point of contact and technical representative for assigned customers.
  • Establish and maintain a successful project plan to drive Apple adoption.
  • Bring customer feedback and product information to the appropriate representatives.
  • Advocate for Jamf products and solutions.
  • Actively engage with customers, including frequent communication.
  • Pursue and maintain integration capabilities.
  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Create and maintain a reference environment.
  • Utilize expert knowledge of enterprise technology trends.
  • Consult on architecture and design of Jamf products.
  • Work with customers on-site as necessary.

What we are looking for:

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Relevant experience and education combination considered.
  • Jamf Associate, Tech, Admin, Expert-level certifications (some combination preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years experience integrating Apple products in complex IT infrastructure.
  • Minimum 3 years mastery of Jamf and/or Apple technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in technical customer service (internal or external).
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively teach material.
  • Balance of tenacity and strategic thinking.
