Full-Time Client Experience Advisor (eClinibase)

• Support clients in the optimal use of LGI Solutions Santé’s eClinibase software product.
• Provide high-quality customer support while meeting prescribed deadlines.
• Process and resolve requests promptly to achieve the service level agreed upon with clients.

Customer Service

• Provide first-level customer service by creating and taking charge of requests, documenting them, resolving them, and ensuring follow-up until closure.
• Reproduce issues described by clients on internal databases to direct corrections.
• Prioritize client requests and escalate when necessary.
• Create change and improvement requests.
• Provide after-hours support according to a rotating schedule.

Writing

• Draft and revise communications, newsletters, and articles for external clients.
• Review product documentation intended for clients.

Self-Training

• Ensure continuous learning of clinical solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector in Quebec.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with LGI's eClinibase solution.
• Good command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to support multiple products.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Bilingualism (French and English).
