Vision Casting: Continuously cast a compelling vision of the future for clients, aligning them with Resultant's capabilities to achieve their mission and goals.
Strategic Contracting: Decide on contract types, justify them, and facilitate amendments with clients.
Industry Expertise: Maintain strong industry understanding and anticipate trends, articulating project impacts.
Business Development: Identify new high-value work (cross-sell), opportunities to extend projects, and create new offerings based on existing engagements.
Client Engagement: Monitor current work progress and find ways to expand engagements.
Relationship Building: Develop and manage key executive relationships, acting as a customer advocate and relationship owner, and cultivating trusted advisor relationships.
Referrals: Ensure clients refer Resultant to peers.
Strategic Pricing and Risk Management: Develop and execute pricing and risk strategies, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Resultant's value proposition, mitigating risks to protect projects.
Long-Term Strategic Planning: Maintain a long-term outlook, anticipate client needs, and manage a backlog of future projects across client buyers, champions, and participants.
Sales Partnership: Partner with sales and delivery teams, create account plans, and execute sales strategies.
Client Satisfaction: Accountable for client satisfaction surveys (Check-In, Relationship, Closeout).
Outcome Measurement: Define outcome achievement measures to demonstrate impact.
Thought Leadership: Promote Resultant's brand at conferences, participate in panels, and foster industry involvement.
Client Understanding: Fully understand client missions and evolving goals.
Experience: Experience in consulting delivery and revenue generation.
Leadership: Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
Client Relationship Management: Strong track record of building and maintaining executive-level relationships.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to articulate complex concepts.
Research and Innovation: Passion for research and innovation.
Private Sector Experience: Experience in financial services or energy (preferred).
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred.
Travel Frequency: 15-25% travel.
