The Client Relationship Coordinator collaborates with clients to interpret requirements for printing specifications and pricing needs, building relationships, and analyzing discrepancies to recommend solutions. Responsible for data integrity, testing, and peer reviews of proposed programming changes. Assists in implementing company strategies and solutions, providing feedback on program and initiative obstacles.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be comfortable working in our office at 15955 La Cantera Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78256 at least 2 days per week. Mondays and Fridays are always work-from-home.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes requests, determines best action regarding additions, changes, or inquiries to pricing, product setup, and ordering applications. Maintains and adheres to documented processes for audit controls (40%).
- Communicates with client key decision-makers and internal decision-makers. Researches client issues to determine root causes and provide recommendations. Provides information on client setup, including printing specifications and pricing concessions (20%).
- Serves as a liaison between internal and external clients to expedite information coordination, including custom products, pricing concessions, and interpreting internal reports. Enters additions and changes into complex mainframe environments. Interprets and implements requests based on client documentation. Tests setup for accuracy (15%).
- Participates in New Logo teams, including system migrations, mergers, and acquisitions (15%).
- Supports process improvement teams. Consults with IT personnel to evaluate and implement projects reducing waste, coordinating information status and testing (approving/disapproving changes) (10%).
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- A combination of experience and education will be considered.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 years experience (Required)
- Cross-functional knowledge across platforms (Preferred), including Client Specifications, Retail, and Contract work.
- Relevant experience (Preferred)

Hourly rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
