Client Service Officer

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop client-centered staff rosters, considerate of needs, cost-effective and timely.
• Provide data, information, and reports related to rostering client services.
• Participate in the Continuous Quality Improvement Program for Aged & Disability Services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop actions.
• Foster a learning environment and contribute to learning opportunities for colleagues.
• Seek opportunities to reflect and improve practice.

Skills and experience:

• Ability to plan and organize work and set priorities.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Complete tasks despite distractions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.

Required:

• Certificate or Diploma in Office/Business Administration, or relevant administrative experience.
• Experience in Aged and/or Disability Care Service Provision.
• Experience in maintaining administrative systems and computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of local Aged and Disability Service providers.
