Job Details
Provide post-sales customer contact for inbound order fulfillment of print and print-related services and/or kitting. Execute print/kitting/distribution orders from customers received through online systems or direct contact.
Responsibilities:
- May serve as lead service professional for customers and internal stakeholders, participating or leading client meetings.
- Provide support to sales/customer responding to client inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns/issues (dispute management, invoice reconciliation).
- Provide proof of delivery and order status upon request.
- Engage internal/external customers to gather requirements, translating them into detailed manufacturing/kitting & shipping instructions.
- Lead efforts to create process documentation, workflows, and job aids.
- Suggest workflow/process improvements for jobs to maximize benefits.
- Provide quality review of own work and that of other client care staff.
- Process orders and change notices, obtaining delivery commitments and freight quotes.
- Verify job instructions (pricing and quotes) in manufacturing systems.
- Perform pricing/generate quotes.
- Verify composition or perform copy prep as needed.
- Manage client inventory item maintenance, producing and analyzing reports.
- Coordinate corrections/changes during work-in-process.
- May train and mentor other client care staff.
- Lead Corrective Action process (investigative root cause and actionable improvements).
- Make recommendations to management regarding issues.
- Data entry responsibilities (setting up new items, managing inventories).
- Act as communication link between external customer and internal departments.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years relevant administrative/operational support.
- Excellent knowledge of functional areas.
- Excellent knowledge in a professional field of work.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage deadlines & prioritize.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Advanced knowledge of technology (computers, software).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- May provide oversight/review/audit junior staff work.
- Able to consistently apply policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives.
Compensation:
National pay range: $39,100 to $54,700 / year. Pay may vary based on location, education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Compensation may include participation in bonus, commission, or incentive programs. RRD offers benefits.
