About the Role: The Client Services Associate (CSA) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to clients and patients. They contribute to achieving departmental objectives and partner cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
- Drive territory growth by resolving cases efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of communications and case progress.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Enter and qualify new customer information into Salesforce.com and LIMS.
- Proactively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Laboratory team.
- Manage and resend patient reports.
- Utilize Salesforce and other platforms for communication.
- Contribute to team and individual performance.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 0-2 years experience in client services within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related sectors.
- Proficiency using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, preferably in a Mac environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
- Experience working effectively in a team.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
