Full-Time Client Services Associate

The Client Services Associate (CSA) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to clients and patients. Collaborating with the Client Services Team, they contribute to achieving objectives and partner with commercial and laboratory operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and web.
• Drive territory growth by resolving cases efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of communications and case progress.
• Adhere to SOPs related to data entry, verification, and quality standards.
• Enter and qualify new customer information into Salesforce.com and LIMS.
• Proactively communicate with healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Laboratory team.
• Manage and resend patient reports.
• Utilize Salesforce and other platforms for communication.
• Contribute to team performance by monitoring metrics.
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns.
• Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of client services experience in healthcare or related sectors.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, preferably in a Mac environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

The US hourly range for this full-time position is $20.76 to $28.54. For positions based in Palo Alto, CA or Redwood City, CA, the hourly range for this full-time position is $24.42 to $33.58.
