About the Role: The Client Services Associate II provides exceptional support to Guardant Health customers, the Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives. Effective communication is crucial.
The shift will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm CST. Shift times may change.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support Quality Assurance and Training initiatives.
- Mentor junior Client Services Associates.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving inquiries from the BPO team and Client Services staff.
- Escalate issues to leadership.
- Support departmental initiatives like managing expired kits and data cleanup.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-4 years experience in biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Self-discipline, sound judgment, and independence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficient computer skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility regarding work hours.
Hybrid Work Model: Onsite Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for employees within 50 miles of a Guardant facility.
