About the Role: The Client Services Associate II provides exceptional support to Guardant Health customers, the Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives. They must communicate professionally and effectively with all individuals.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7pm CST. Times may change based on department needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute duties with a focus on exceeding KPIs.
- Support Quality Assurance and Training initiatives.
- Mentor junior Client Services Associates.
- Assist in troubleshooting inquiries from the BPO team and Client Services staff.
- Escalate issues to leadership.
- Support departmental initiatives like managing expired kits and data cleanup.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/equivalent required.
- 2-4 years experience in biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare sectors preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Proven multitasking capacity.
- Self-discipline, sound judgment, and independence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility regarding work hours.
Hybrid Work Model: Onsite Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for employees within 50 miles of a Guardant facility.
Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
