Full-Time Client Services Associate II (Screening)

About the Role: The Client Services Associate II provides exceptional support to Guardant Health customers, the Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives. They must communicate professionally and effectively with all individuals.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7pm CST. Times may change based on department needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute duties with a focus on exceeding KPIs.
• Support Quality Assurance and Training initiatives.
• Mentor junior Client Services Associates.
• Assist in troubleshooting inquiries from the BPO team and Client Services staff.
• Escalate issues to leadership.
• Support departmental initiatives like managing expired kits and data cleanup.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/equivalent required.
• 2-4 years experience in biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare sectors preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Proven multitasking capacity.
• Self-discipline, sound judgment, and independence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility regarding work hours.

Hybrid Work Model: Onsite Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for employees within 50 miles of a Guardant facility.

Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
