Client Services & Credit Assistance Apprentice This is a 12-month apprenticeship opportunity. This is a hybrid opportunity in Tampa, FL.

About this Position We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join a fast-paced fraud support team. In this role, you’ll handle client inquiries via phone, chat, and email—resolving fraud-related issues while delivering a positive, secure client experience. Ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and a hospitality mindset.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries related to fraud via inbound calls, chats, and emails
• Manage complex case details, record client data, and update internal systems accurately
• Identify client needs and offer fraud prevention solutions
• Escalate items for risk review or exception handling when appropriate
• Adhere to compliance standards, procedures, and service expectations

Job Skills/Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service or client-facing experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task, toggle between systems, and manage sensitive client situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay Range: $19–$21/hour
