• Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients, managing bookings via chat, email, and phone.
• Support high-profile clients ensuring best vehicles, rates, and exceptional service.
• Manage bookings end-to-end, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
• Anticipate client needs and resolve service issues.
• Assist in preparing customized proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Adhere to US business hours and provide coverage during evenings and weekends.

• Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role within the service industry.
• Experience working with high-end or luxury clientele is highly appreciated.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using technology and software platforms.
