Job Details
The Client Services Manager will serve as the technical subject matter expert for PayNearMe’s solutions. This role involves leading technical integrations, configuring solutions, and providing ongoing technical support to ensure merchant success.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead for onboarding new merchants.
- Conduct data integration, platform configuration, and business process mapping.
- Work closely with Product Management to influence solution design.
- Provide technical support to existing merchants.
- Develop code and build reusable tasks to streamline engineering work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical escalations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting API-based solutions.
- Experience with web-based and mobile integrations; familiarity with HTML, XML, JSON, and Javascript.
- Proven ability to map and transform client data into complex platforms or systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
Nice-to-haves:
- Background in payments, fintech, or related industries.
- Prior experience working directly with merchants or enterprise clients in a client-facing technical consulting role.
