Job Details
The Client Services Manager serves as the technical subject matter expert for PayNearMe’s solutions. This role involves leading technical integrations, configuring solutions, and providing ongoing technical support.
- Technical Lead: Onboarding new merchants, providing integration and configuration assistance.
- Data Integration: Conduct data integration, platform configuration, and business process mapping.
- Product Influence: Work closely with Product Management to influence solution design.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to existing merchants.
- Code Development: Develop code and build reusable tasks.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical escalations.
- 3-5 years of experience implementing or supporting API-based solutions.
- Experience with web-based and mobile integrations; familiarity with HTML, XML, JSON, and Javascript.
- Proven ability to map and transform client data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Background in payments, fintech, or related industries.
- Prior experience working directly with merchants.
