Full-Time Client Success Associate

The Client Success Associate supports clients by assisting with enrollment, answering questions, and helping clients utilize products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client relationships and address questions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Handle challenging interactions with professionalism.
• Provide assistance with administrative inquiries.
• Assist with program delivery, ensuring standards are met.
• Support B2B order processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues.
• Support firm-specific business relationships.
• Enforce billing policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and enhance existing systems and procedures.
• Streamline operations by delegating tasks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine SOPs.
• Work closely with the Client Services Director.
• Advocate for improvements based on client feedback.
• Support the client success team in improving satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer success, client services, or account management.
• Proficient in MS Office with Salesforce experience a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Adaptability and willingness to pivot.
