• Manage onboarding and implementation for policy-focused clients.
• Design and deliver internal sales and product training.

You are self-motivated, technically savvy, and a proven presenter. You excel in a fast-paced environment and work well independently or in a team.

• Manage accounts, ensuring training and configuration needs are met.
• Deliver on-site and webinar training.
• Analyze product usage and suggest best practices.
• Build strong client relationships.

• 2+ years of consultative training experience for SaaS products.
• Superior presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
