Enterprise Client Success Manager at Modern Health. Manage large-scale employer relationships, driving product adoption and engagement for Fortune 100 companies. Partner with senior HR executives and business leaders. Product expert, strategic consultant, and mental health champion. Develop custom program strategies, integrate within broader benefit offerings, and build client champions. Utilize data from Looker and Salesforce for strategic recommendations to drive growth and success. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care.
Ideal candidate experience: 5+ years managing large-scale client relationships, selling to HR leaders or clients in B2B tech, learning & development, or employer benefit space. Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building, and a proven track record with strategic accounts. Ability to leverage data, storytelling, and make actionable recommendations. Engaging presentation skills. Flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Interest in and empathy for clients. Passion for the healthcare/benefits space and the company’s mission.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts
- Build and manage relationships with global stakeholders (Benefit Managers, HR Executives, consultants)
- Partner with clients to define and execute custom program strategies
- Convert clients into Modern Health champions
- Strategically use data and insights for decision-making
- Drive success in tangible metrics (wellness outcomes, benefits, retention, renewals, product expansion)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
