What You'll Accomplish:

  • Own the Client Journey: Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, adoption, training, and renewals.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop and execute tailored Client Success Plans.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.

Strategic Client Advisor: Lead conversations, ensuring value delivery, and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Drive Measurable Growth: Boost product usage, increase referrals and NPS, and report on success metrics.

Optimize for Excellence: Document interactions, refine workflows for personalized engagements.

Amplify Client Voices: Partner with Sales/Marketing for case studies and fuel pipeline growth.

Be the Client Champion: Advocate client feedback across teams to meet optical-practice needs.

  • Product Adoption & Usage: Increase client engagement.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): Achieve high NPS.
  • Client Retention: Drive retention to 98%+.
  • Revenue Growth: Upsell/cross-sell services.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Experience with optometry or ophthalmology practices.
  • Understanding of practice management/EHR systems in the optical sector.
  • Familiarity with optical practice workflows.
  • Proven success in client retention and upselling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
