What You'll Accomplish:
- Own the Client Journey: Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, adoption, training, and renewals.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews.
- Develop and execute tailored Client Success Plans.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
Strategic Client Advisor: Lead conversations, ensuring value delivery, and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Drive Measurable Growth: Boost product usage, increase referrals and NPS, and report on success metrics.
Optimize for Excellence: Document interactions, refine workflows for personalized engagements.
Amplify Client Voices: Partner with Sales/Marketing for case studies and fuel pipeline growth.
Be the Client Champion: Advocate client feedback across teams to meet optical-practice needs.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience with optometry or ophthalmology practices.
- Understanding of practice management/EHR systems in the optical sector.
- Familiarity with optical practice workflows.
- Proven success in client retention and upselling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
