Full-Time Client Support Coordinator

We’re looking for a Client Support Coordinator to join our remote operations team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients—especially Spanish-speaking individuals—seeking support with mental health services.

What You'll Do

• Manage client communication via email, phone, and live chat
• Guide new clients through onboarding, documentation, and service orientation
• Communicate fluently in both spoken and written Spanish
• Respond with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
• Use platforms like Zendesk to log, track, and manage client inquiries
• Collaborate with a supportive team to improve processes

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Spanish — both verbal and written
• At least 1 year in a customer service role and 2 years in administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to support clients from diverse backgrounds
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a high-impact environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare, mental health, or wellness services
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
• Experience supporting US-based clients
