The Client Support Energy Specialist will provide a direct comprehensive evaluation of the estimated savings that borrowers may receive from the purchase of the solar system.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Estimate a detailed savings comparison of the benefits or additional costs owe solar system ownership based on borrower loan and utility details.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills. Handle Inbound/outbound calls, texts and emails.
- Present thorough and detailed findings regarding savings to the financial investigations team as well as Client Support leadership.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly metric goals.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of GoodLeap policies and procedures.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, at all levels of the organization
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Effectively interact with customers
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Highly proficient computer skills, including Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong data entry, case management, and documentation skills
- Time management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must demonstrate knowledge of solar industry including solar sales practices, proposal/design software, and foundational understanding of residential solar system components
