Client Support Representative Level 1 – North America

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our growing Hospitality Management Software team in North America!

Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in Hotel Front Desk Operations or Hotel Front Office Management.
  • roomMaster hospitality management software product experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for all InnQuest products.
  • Manage cases and solutions.
  • Assess and diagnose client issues.
  • Articulate solutions to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, research, diagnose, and resolve client issues.
  • Monitor and respond to user-reported issues and infrastructure alerts/failures.
  • Ensure efficient incident management.
  • Facilitate root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventative measures.
  • Liaise with external technology vendors.
  • Review, execute, and verify production changes.
  • Participate in technology events.
  • Leverage tools and resources to improve efficiency.

About You:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Hotel Front Desk Operations or Hotel Front Office Management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
  • Technical certification preferred.
  • Understanding of hotel front desk and back-office operations.
  • Team player with ability to learn quickly.
  • Effective multitasking and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
