Client Support Representative Level 1 – North America
We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our growing Hospitality Management Software team in North America!
Essential Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Hotel Front Desk Operations or Hotel Front Office Management.
- roomMaster hospitality management software product experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for all InnQuest products.
- Manage cases and solutions.
- Assess and diagnose client issues.
- Articulate solutions to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Identify, research, diagnose, and resolve client issues.
- Monitor and respond to user-reported issues and infrastructure alerts/failures.
- Ensure efficient incident management.
- Facilitate root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventative measures.
- Liaise with external technology vendors.
- Review, execute, and verify production changes.
- Participate in technology events.
- Leverage tools and resources to improve efficiency.
About You:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Hotel Front Desk Operations or Hotel Front Office Management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Technical certification preferred.
- Understanding of hotel front desk and back-office operations.
- Team player with ability to learn quickly.
- Effective multitasking and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
