Job Details

Clipboard Health is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals for B2B Support Specialist (HCF Agents) positions. This isn't a traditional call center role; you'll be the primary account manager for our business clients (healthcare facilities). Your goal is to proactively resolve client issues, prevent churn, and provide seamless service. Success is measured by effective problem-solving and customer success.

  • Own and resolve customer issues – Handle calls and emails promptly and effectively.
  • Prevent churn and drive retention – Identify potential issues early and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Engage in real-time problem-solving – Manage at least 30 calls and 15 emails daily, providing real solutions.
  • Work independently – Self-starters who can think critically and solve problems without micromanagement are ideal.
