Concierge Service Representative (CSR) - Remote/hybrid/in-office

Longbridge is excited to be adding to our amazing Concierge Service Representative (CSR) team. We have a class starting February of 2025, come join our talented team.

Primary Role:

• Answer inbound calls to Longbridge Financial from customers wanting information about the reverse mortgage program.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers (100+ dials per day).
• Meet business-defined production metrics.
• Create interest in reverse mortgage program.
• Qualify customers (AGE, LTV, Homeowner).
• Transfer interested and qualified customers to the sales team.
• Create appointments for follow-up.
• Mail information packets to customers.
• Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• 10-key.
• Soft phone.
• Customer service background.
• Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product.
• Mortgage industry knowledge.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Organized.
• Performance-driven.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Training location: Houston office.
