Datavant is a data platform company and the world's leader in health data exchange.
This is a Remote Call Center role (Full-Time). Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm CST.
Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
- Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status.
- Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).

Pay ranges for this job title may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role.
Estimated base pay range per hour: $15—$18.32 USD.
To ensure the safety of patients and staff, health screenings and proof/completion of vaccinations (flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc.) may be required.
