About the Role: Are you passionate about social media marketing, uncovering trends, and creating engaging content? As a Creative Marketing Manager, you'll support paid user acquisition. You'll work with Performance and Creative teams to produce high-quality creatives for various channels (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Influencers, Content Marketing). Responsibilities include competitor research, trend analysis, developing creative briefs, and ensuring efficient production.
What Your Role Encompasses:
- Analyze target audience, social media, and competitors to identify trends for creative strategies and messaging.
- Develop creative briefs for motion, user-generated content (UGC), and static concepts.
- Write engaging ad copy and hooks that resonate with the target audience.
- Analyze creative test results to refine strategies and document findings (test-and-learn approach).
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage successful app features and campaign insights across regions and channels.
- Support scouting UGC creators for paid and brand purposes.
- Identify and implement innovative tools/methods to optimize creative effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in a creative marketing role in a fast-growing B2C company or agency.
- Solid understanding of paid user acquisition principles and KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of creative development processes.
- Proven track record of creative successes in paid acquisition campaigns.
- Creative mind to devise unique conceptual ideas.
- Experience writing ad copy for various audiences.
- Skilled in leveraging qualitative and quantitative data.
- Good understanding and experience with TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Research skills and ability to spot and adapt trends.
- Valid EU or UK passport or working permit (no sponsorship).
- (Nice-to-have) Experience in subscription-based app business, video/UGC creation.
- (Nice-to-have) Deep understanding of US consumer behavior, communication styles, and digital trends.
