Job Details
We are seeking action-oriented, problem-solving, and self-motivated individuals to join our healthcare team. You will showcase your customer service and data entry skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Claims adjudication and/or provider credentialing.
- Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat.
Job Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience in a medical office (preferred).
- Typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Excellent internet connectivity (minimum 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speed; hard-wired connection).
- Quiet and distraction-free work environment.
- US residency and authorization to work in the US.
