Full-Time Credentialing Specialist - Work from Home

We are seeking action-oriented, problem-solving, and self-motivated individuals to join our healthcare team. You will showcase your customer service and data entry skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Claims adjudication and/or provider credentialing.
• Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat.

Job Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience in a medical office (preferred).
• Typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Excellent internet connectivity (minimum 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speed; hard-wired connection).
• Quiet and distraction-free work environment.
• US residency and authorization to work in the US.
