Join our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as a Marketing Solutions Consultant (Remote) to make a real impact every day.
Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Solutions, you will help us provide custom onboarding training and ongoing consultative services to help our clients maximize their use of the Xplor Growth Marketing Automation feature suite.
As a Marketing Solutions Consultant, you'll be a product expert and trusted advisor for our most valuable clients within the boutique fitness space.
Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding and Training: Host discovery sessions to understand client business and marketing goals. Provide tailored training on Xplor Growth Marketing Automation.
- Ongoing Consultative Services: Offer strategic marketing consultations using industry expertise and best practices. Review accounts for optimization and provide actionable recommendations.
- Customer Success Partnership: Collaborate with the client's Customer Success Manager to monitor account health and ensure client satisfaction.
- Feature Adoption and Advocacy: Encourage client adoption of all Xplor Growth features. Act as an advocate for new features.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track client performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Stay Updated: Stay current on industry trends, driving customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, marketing strategy, or a related role within a SaaS company
- 2+ years experience in marketing and CRM management.
- Experience in the Fitness & Wellbeing industries preferred
- Strong understanding of customer journey management, digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
Bonus: May be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus
