Peak Support is looking for a CRM Platform Specialist to manage and optimize our multi-tenant CRM platforms. You will work with different departments and clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

- Manage and maintain CRM platforms.
- Ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with departments to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Implement new features and functionalities.
- Ensure data security and privacy.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Stay updated with CRM releases and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- 1-3+ years advanced knowledge of CRM implementation and optimization
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Zendesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Gladly, Gorgias, Salesforce, Kustomer, etc.)
- Understanding of omni-channel solutions (Zoom CC, Five9, 8x8, Genesys, Avaya, NICE, etc.) helpful
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CRM Platform certifications preferred
- Experience in a BPO or call center a plus
