Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Represent GoodLeap as a subject matter expert to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service using strong communication skills.
- Offer additional GoodLeap products to customers.
- Update GoodLeap systems to document customer interactions.
- Handle issues with diplomacy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Previous solar customer service or sales experience is desired.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and strong listening skills.
- Ability to fulfill customer needs timely and satisfactorily.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback.
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic.
