The Customer Care Advisor is responsible for initiating the sales process, building prospect lists, and generating qualified leads for sales staff.
- Representing GoodLeap as a subject matter expert during calls.
- Providing exceptional customer service with strong communication skills.
- Offering additional GoodLeap products to customers.
- Updating GoodLeap systems to document customer interactions.
- Handling issues with diplomacy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Completing other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Previous solar customer service or sales experience is desired.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Patience, empathy, and strong listening skills to fulfill customer needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback.
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic.
