Full-Time Customer Care Agent (Dutch Desk)

We're seeking a Customer Care Agent for the Dutch Desk.

We need someone who can put themselves in the customers' shoes, remaining helpful, patient, and cheerful.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing various customer inquiries (email & phone) related to cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests.
2. Processing customer orders, offering purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling.
3. Coordinating with suppliers to address delivery delays.
4. Communicating essential customer messages to key departments.

Required experience & skills:

• Proficiency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2).
• At least 1 year of support experience.
• Excellent communication skills; handle customer complaints politely and professionally in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and within teams.
• Attentiveness, persistence, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong work ethic and quick adaptation to changes in a dynamic environment.
