Job Details
The customer care agent (CCA) answers customer complaints globally. They handle emails and phone calls, storing each case in a dedicated tool and tracking it to resolution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Fluent English, Ukrainian
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced Spanish
- Previous customer support experience (a plus)
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Patience and responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Provide support; identify and resolve customer problems using dedicated web tools
- Manage customer support web tools
- Record each case in a dedicated web tool
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
- Notify Leads about recurring problems to prevent future cases
- Identify problems and create templates for recurring issues
