- Unlicensed start date: Tuesday, November 11th, 2025
- Licensed start date: Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025
- Location: Fully remote
- Training Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm CST
- Shift hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm CST
- Starting Hourly Rate: $22.31 up to $23.74 per hour
Essential Job Functions:
- Assists customers with moderately complex insurance issues.
- Delivers exceptional service.
- Communicates with customers via multiple channels.
- Evaluates and interprets policy information.
- Documents customer interactions and outcomes.
- Recognizes opportunities for process improvement.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years customer service.
- 1 year of experience in call center, insurance, sales or related field preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Property and Casualty license required.
