HONK is a fast-growing technology company disrupting the roadside assistance space.

We're seeking energetic, service-oriented Customer Service Specialists for our Call Center Operations team interested in full-time, virtual/work-from-home careers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional support to customers handling inbound phone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the company's value proposition, operational processes, and growth potential, communicating these aspects to customers.
  3. Leverage company technology to connect members with a nationwide network of service partners.
  4. Assist customers with placing and fulfilling orders, ensuring smooth service execution.
  5. Identify and address customer needs, building rapport and offering tailored solutions.
  6. Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction, exceeding member expectations, and ensuring services are delivered within time frames.
  7. Employ creative problem-solving to address customer challenges and deliver innovative service experiences.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment resolving issues over the phone.
  • Ability to quickly, calmly, and professionally engage customers to understand their questions/issues and deliver solutions.
  • Ability to handle high-volume phone calls from customers and partners while maintaining composure.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and a consultative sales approach.
  • Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Secluded, uninterrupted workspace for confidentiality.
  • Internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps download/2.5 Mbps upload.
  • Experience working from home and appropriate equipment.

2 Week Paid Training Schedule: 10 AM - 6:30 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, starting February 10, 2025.
