About the Role: As a Passport Customer Care Specialist, you will provide white-glove service to our fintech clients. You'll receive training, learn customer dynamics, and solve client issues. This team handles complex customer care issues and turns feedback into product improvements. You'll work closely with the Passport Team Lead to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer customer questions and resolve problems via email and phone.
  • Follow Customer Success procedures and systems.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities and relay customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Passport Team Lead and other Customer Care Associates.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ year of customer service or operations experience preferred.
  • Fintech or related technical field experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Empathy: Understand and assist with customer dilemmas.
  • Problem-solving skills: Identify root causes for solutions.
  • Coachable: Value feedback and seek growth opportunities.
  • Dynamic: Adapt to developing team needs.
  • White-glove mentality: Ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working on a lean team, and contributing to product development.

Compensation: $40,000 - $52,000 per year (based on experience).
