Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the customer care team.
- Train, mentor, and develop customer care representatives.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor the quality of customer calls.
- Address and resolve customer concerns.
- Accountable for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee and manage the call queue.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Proven experience in customer service management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Construction or home improvement experience (preferred).
