Sprout Social is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their Sales & Success team in Singapore.

What you'll do:

  • Generate pipeline for the sales organization by qualifying and nurturing leads from various sources.
  • Run qualification calls with B2B prospects to identify their pain points and map Sprout products' value.
  • Strategically collaborate with Account Executives on qualified sales opportunities across APAC.
  • Uncover additional opportunities via outbound campaigns and nurturing flows.
  • Learn and apply sales strategy, methodology, and processes.

What you'll bring:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, support, consulting, marketing, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills (phone, email, webinar).
  • Driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
  • Quota-carrying experience is a plus.
  • SaaS experience (not required).
  • Additional language skills (written and verbal).

How you'll grow:

  • 1 month: Complete Sprout Social's onboarding program, learn about products & roles, define key success metrics.
  • 3 months: Create a strong first impression with prospects, qualify leads, prioritize leads, uncover needs, make tailored product recommendations, build sales pipeline, meet activity/pipeline goals, and clear your queue.
  • 6 months: Consistently achieve opportunity and revenue targets, become a social media expert, understand successful customer use cases.
  • 12 months: Master skills for a consistent inbound funnel (time management, urgency, prioritization), share best practices, and prepare for a Business Development role.
