About Smartcat: Smartcat is on a mission to become the wall-to-wall Language AI platform, addressing the diverse needs in multilingual content for various user personas within global enterprises. This results in a highly fragmented and inefficient supply chain, high costs, unacceptable turnaround times, and quality issues. Insourcing using qualified internal resources solves quality problems but struggles with scalability, cost, and speed. Smartcat changes the ROI equation in favor of insourcing with its Language AI platform.

Mission: The Customer Enablement Manager will create a customer education program for all use cases. The goal is to help self-serve and enterprise customers become proficient with the Smartcat platform, increasing adoption and satisfaction.

Outcomes:

  • Develop and execute a best-in-class customer training program for enterprise clients.
  • Design digital onboarding and enablement programs for new users, focusing on setup, high-impact use cases, and workflows, with measurable increases in NSM within the first 90 days.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to refine client deployment strategy.
  • Manage Smartcat Academy and certification program.
  • Drive creation of educational onboarding content.
  • Maintain knowledge of Smartcat’s functions and technology.
  • Track training program effectiveness and adjust content/methods.
  • Gather customer feedback on training needs, features, and usability.
  • Cultivate and maintain understanding of customer learning needs.
  • Lead and update user community.
  • Make data-driven decisions to address learning gaps.
  • Pitch new programs and content ideas.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of customer training experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience overseeing a team.
  • Ability to simplify complex software.
  • Experience in instructional design and content development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric and strategic mindset.
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
  • Adaptability to a startup environment.
  • Openness to feedback.
