Mission: The Customer Enablement Manager will create a customer education program for all use cases. The goal is to help self-serve and enterprise customers become proficient with the Smartcat platform, increasing adoption and satisfaction.
Outcomes:
- Develop and execute a best-in-class customer training program for enterprise clients.
- Design digital onboarding and enablement programs for new users, focusing on setup, high-impact use cases, and workflows, with measurable increases in NSM within the first 90 days.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to refine client deployment strategy.
- Manage Smartcat Academy and certification program.
- Drive creation of educational onboarding content.
- Maintain knowledge of Smartcat’s functions and technology.
- Track training program effectiveness and adjust content/methods.
- Gather customer feedback on training needs, features, and usability.
- Cultivate and maintain understanding of customer learning needs.
- Lead and update user community.
- Make data-driven decisions to address learning gaps.
- Pitch new programs and content ideas.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of customer training experience in a SaaS environment.
- Experience overseeing a team.
- Ability to simplify complex software.
- Experience in instructional design and content development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric and strategic mindset.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
