Job Details

The Customer Escalation Specialist is an integral part of the Customer Support Team.
  • Prioritizes empathetic communication.
  • Maintains efficient, frictionless, and humanized customer experiences.
  • Communicates customer pain points to product and engineering teams.
  • Offers consistent feedback on how to amplify ease of use.
Responsibilities:
  1. Liaison between business units, technology teams and customer facing teams.
  2. Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers and YouScience employees.
  3. Internal reproduction of customer problems.
  4. Recognize trends to identify product issues.
  5. Participate in incident and escalations calls.
  6. Work with product teams to communicate high priorities.
  7. Document interactions with customers in CRM system.
  8. Provide feedback for system improvement.
  9. Prioritize and organize dev ticket requests.
  10. Attend ongoing trainings.
Skills:
  • Expertise with technology.
  • Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication skills.
  • Exceptional documentation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work within support hours (M-F, 6 AM to 3 PM Mountain Time).
Team-oriented and willing to help where needed.
