Job Details
The Customer Escalation Specialist is an integral part of the Customer Support Team.
- Prioritizes empathetic communication.
- Maintains efficient, frictionless, and humanized customer experiences.
- Communicates customer pain points to product and engineering teams.
- Offers consistent feedback on how to amplify ease of use.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison between business units, technology teams and customer facing teams.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers and YouScience employees.
- Internal reproduction of customer problems.
- Recognize trends to identify product issues.
- Participate in incident and escalations calls.
- Work with product teams to communicate high priorities.
- Document interactions with customers in CRM system.
- Provide feedback for system improvement.
- Prioritize and organize dev ticket requests.
- Attend ongoing trainings.
Skills:
- Expertise with technology.
- Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication skills.
- Exceptional documentation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work within support hours (M-F, 6 AM to 3 PM Mountain Time).
Team-oriented and willing to help where needed.
