About the Role: As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers (service-based businesses). You'll answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide support through calls and written messages.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to expert for merchants and borrowers, providing tech support and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Provide written support through clear, concise, and caring communication.
- Own cases and stay on top of issues to provide fast solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to solve problems and improve the product.
- Work on projects to improve the customer and agent experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer-facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends
- Proficient in Salesforce and Zendesk (or similar)
- Ability to learn new products, processes, and systems.
